By accessing or using the FoxHat platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
FoxHat provides AI-driven exposure detection and threat intelligence services, including scanning for exposed repositories, credentials, secrets, and cloud assets across the open and dark web. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) distribute malware or harmful code; (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
5. Subscription and Billing
Some Services require payment. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by FoxHat or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxHat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FoxHat operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
